苏州安信会计师事务所的前身为太仓市会计师事务所、太仓市审计事务所及太仓市评估事务所，经完成退出政府机构职能，进行脱钩改制而设立，是实行有限责任企业类型的社会中介机构。在江苏省范围率先走上“强强联合”道路，使“苏州安信”规模、执业资格、执业水平、质量控制诸方面皆处于领先地位。

“苏州安信”拥有包括各种执业资格、高中技术职称和高等学历的执业人员近60名。其中：高级专技人员3名、中级专技人员45名；本科与大专以上学历人员52名；注册会计师23名；注册资产评估师9名；注册税务师17名；注册造价师8名。
